Sanford Middle School, Minneapolis, MN
Three-story demolition over a full basement. Demolition of one floor & area at a time was required due to the intermediate floors which tied into the razed area from the existing school building. Three old school entrances were also removed and three new entrances were constructed to meet new ADA guidelines for the school. A significant amount of separation cutting & shoring was required for this project. All demolition work was performed during school session.
