Since 1988, our commitment to safety has grown with our company, as evidenced by one of the lowest EMR ratings in the industry. With a full time Safety Director promoted from the field because of an exemplary safety record, our longstanding commitment to safety is intelligently and practically applied in the field.               

New Look’s innovative approach to safety also includes the use of data management and cloud based software. Our field safety data is automatically uploaded to cloud servers and is accessible to our office within seconds of being uploaded. This cloud based software automatically aggregates the data into an easy to read “dashboard”, showing us a real time snapshot of all incidents, meetings, inspections, and near misses that have been submitted from the field. Having this instant feedback allows our safety director to react quickly to possible safety concerns, analyze potential areas of improvement, and set long term goals.
