FAQs
Each team member has a vital role to play in each project. Here’s a summary of what each of them do:
Operator: This team member operates heavy equipment such as skid steer, loader, dozer, boom truck, off-road truck, scrapers, and a whole lot more.
Laborer: A jack-of-all-trades — you could be running a hand shovel, checking grade, directing trucks, cleaning up the site, or working as the eyes-and-ears for the operators of the crew. A laborer extends the capability of the whole team.
Foreman: The construction professional who’s responsible for the entire project from beginning to end. This team member provides onsite supervision and also acts as a direct representative of the company to its customers and the industry.
